  • Items without original packaging and tags
  • Products purchased more than 7 days ago

Return Shipping

Free returns for defective items – we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.
Customer-paid returns for change of mind – you’re responsible for return shipping costs.

Need a different size, color, or model? We make exchanges easy for our customers.

Exchange Options

  • Same product, different variant – Color, size, or capacity changes
  • Different product – Exchange for any item of equal or greater value
  • Store credit – Get credit for future purchases

Exchange Conditions

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • All tags and accessories must be included
  • Exchange must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly

Exchange Shipping

Free shipping for exchanges due to our error. For customer-requested exchanges, you pay return shipping and we cover shipping for the new item.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Damage from misuse or accidents
